If you purchase the 2.4GHz version, the Mobile phone should connect with 2.4G wifi. If your wifi is 5G wifi, please set it to 2.4G wifi before connecting to the food feeder.
If you purchase the 5GHz version, then 5GHz & 2.4GHz WiFi are both available to the feeder. Make Sure your mobile phone and the food feeder connect the same wifi will be fine.
